The power of movement exists in each and every one of us. Too often I hear clients express they don’t think they are “strong enough” or “flexible enough” but that’s far from the point of why we show up to move, breath, detoxify, oxygenate, circulate our bodies, our minds, and our souls. Trust me when I say that the beginning of any workout of practice, I generally feel pretty crappy. Not too much time goes by and I feel a noticeable shift in energy, flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. By the end, multiply that by 1000. Every time without a doubt. With the habit of beginning to show up for yourself, it soon becomes a way of life. It may take different expressions, shapes, or forms of sport or practice (I subscribe to many because it works best for me), find your niche and allow the magic to work.
