Counteract Frontal Heaviness

May 27, 2015 in Yoga, Strength, Mind-Body

We spend so much of our lives living frontal heavy - leaning forward, slouching, driving, texting, reading, cooking. A variety of poses like upward facing dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana), cobra (Bhujangasana), even splits (Hanumanasana) can help counteract these frontal imbalances and make us feel and operate better by expanding the heart, chest, shoulders, arms, hips and legs.

Come explore some varieties of frontal body opening at tonight's Wednesday Night Fireside Yoga @ 7 PM, Mariner's Village Clubhouse.
