Barriers are simple -  artificially created walls we've erected amongst and between ourselves. Know that however daunting they may seem - oftentimes they remain quite pliable, just like you. Whatever barriers seemingly stand in your way or between yourself and a relationship, an opportunity, or just your way of thought - acknowledge their impermanence and pliability. Continue to explore creative avenues to enter new frames everyday.
