twisted lunge

Finding greater range of motion and integration of musculoskeletal system while running.

One of my favorite things to do in the middle of a run is to pause and find a little lunge and an added twist. I don't mind the interruption. The benefits are immediately tangible - greater range of motion and integration of entire musculoskeletal system over running stiff and stuck together like glue.
